QUALITY
Our products are widely used in safety-related applications and ensure smooth and efficient function for our customers. This can be, for example, long conveyor belt systems in underground mines, which are also used for transporting personnel, through to commercial aircraft whose landing gear must be reliably lubricated.
Uncompromising quality assurance, which covers the entire supply chain up to the dispatch of the products, is therefore essential.
GLOBAL PRESENCE
Just a few years after its founding in Offenbach, the company began exporting to neighboring countries. The products of both divisions quickly gained international prominence.
MATO recognized early the importance of having a direct presence close to their customers in key markets.
Over time, exports consistently expanded. As early as the 1980s, the company set up its own subsidiaries, some of which had their own production facilities, in Great Britain, South Africa, Spain and France. These were followed later by Australia, the USA, Russia, Ukraine and China.
Today, MATO has a global network which includes the company’s headquarters, subsidiaries and distributors. Together they provide integrated sales, support, and service to most major markets.
This strong global presence provides ideal conditions for close and cooperative relationships with our customers.

MATO eHybrid-Greaser 230 V
The innovative mobile MATO eHybrid-Greaser 230 V features a purposely designed 400 bar high-pressure piston pump, operated with hydraulic oil by an electric gearwheel pump. When switched on, the electric gearwheel pump promotes hydraulic oil and instantly starts the piston pump actuation. Greasing valve lever engagement starts the grease promotion, its disengagement ends the grease flow, finishes the lubrication process respectively. The mobile MATO eHybrid-Greaser 230 V is built for the lubrication of machines, vehicles and other devices, it suits common greases with grades NLGI 000 - 2. In delivery condition the hydraulic fluid circuit is pre-assembled and filled with hydraulic oil.
