Innovative sensors for construction machines, crane and lifting technology
Sensors for linear and rotary position detection and detection of inclination and speed in construction machines and in crane and lifting technology.
SIKO provides a wide product range of sensors, specifically and exclusively developed for mobile machines and mobile hydraulics, always with the focus on the application itself. E1 approval by the German Federal Motor Transport Authority, high electromagnetic compatibility, as well as shock and vibration resistance, protection up to IP69K and reliable sensors for applications up to Performance Level d (PLd) are an integral part of almost any sensor. A wide range of interfaces are available to network the robust sensors digitally: CANopen, Devicenet Safety, SAE J1939 or the conventional analog interfaces current and voltage. Inclinometer IMS360
Thanks to its integrated acceleration sensor and gyroscope, the robust IMS360 inclination sensor offers an expanded range of dynamic applications. The sensor's innovative sensor-fusion algorithm compensates for externally-induced accelerations such as vibrations and shocks, thereby ensuring reliable inclination detection. Offering full IMU functionality, exceptional protection, a robust housing, and E1 certification (UN ECE R10), the IMS360 is ideally suited for use in all commercial and utility vehicles.

Absolute encoder WV3600M
Compact magnetic rotary encoder with solid shaft
Specially developed for use in mobile machines, the absolute rotary encoder WV3600M provides reliable and precise measured values even under the toughest environmental conditions. Available as a singleturn and multiturn version and with an outer diameter of only 36 mm, it can also be mounted in applications with limited installation space. Despite the compact design, the WV3600M convinces with a wide variety of variants. In addition, the WV3600M has the optimum robustness thanks to its high degree of protection and salt mist-tested housing.

The WV5800M rotary encoder is a magnetic absolute rotary encoder with solid shaft, which has been specially developed for use in mobile machines. Thanks to its particularly robust design and optionally a CANopen or SAE J1939 interface, it is ideally suited for tough conditions in mobile machines. It can be flexibly expanded functionally with its PURE.MOBILE extension boards! For example: Integrated inclination sensors, rotary switches for parameterization or digital inputs and outputs. In combination with wire-actuated encoders, the WV5800M can also be used for linear position monitoring.
